Governance & Management

LADE is governed by a gender-balanced Board of Directors, which provides strategic oversight on organizational direction, risk management, and safeguarding. The Executive Director is responsible for day-to-day operations and is supported by a dedicated management team comprising sector leads in Programs, Finance & Operations, Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL), and Safeguarding/PSEA.

The governance and management structure is designed to uphold accountability, transparency, and effective service delivery. Field teams report through sector leads to ensure that programs are implemented in a coordinated, community-driven, and inclusive manner. This structure enables LADE to remain agile in emergency response while sustaining long-term development and resilience programming
