• Deliver integrated humanitarian, development and resilience programming with strong quality standards.
• Strengthen climate resilience, anticipatory action and preparedness.
• Expand protection, safeguarding, gender equality, disability inclusion and youth leadership.
• Strengthen livelihoods, education, health, nutrition and WASH outcomes.
• Strengthen capacity and leadership with local partners.
• Build partnerships with donors, local, national and international actors.
• Strengthen governance, finance, procurement, HR, MEAL, safeguarding, risk and compliance systems.
• Diversify funding while seeking fair cost recovery, flexible resources and sustainable institutional growth.
• Generate evidence and learning that demonstrates what locally led action looks like in practice.
