Locally Led Action works with communities to improve access to safe water and sanitation while strengthening community capacity to manage and sustain WASH services.

Our work includes: safe water supply; rehabilitation and development of water systems; sanitation facilities; hygiene promotion; WASH in schools and communities; water management; and emergency WASH services.

Our locally led approach: Communities participate in identifying water priorities, selecting appropriate solutions, managing facilities and establishing local mechanisms for sustainable operation and maintenance.
