Recovery & Stabilization
Recovery & Stabilization
LADE works with communities to uphold the safety, dignity, and rights of all people, especially children, women, persons with disabilities, and marginalized groups. Protection is mainstreamed across all our programs to ensure that services are safe, inclusive, and accessible. We establish child-friendly spaces, community protection committees, and referral pathways that connect survivors of violence or abuse to health, psychosocial, and legal services.
Awareness campaigns engage parents, teachers, and local leaders in preventing exploitation, abuse, and harmful practices. Disability inclusion is a priority. LADE promotes accessible infrastructure, interpreters, and tailored livelihood opportunities to ensure equal participation of persons with disabilities. We also work with communities to challenge stigma and foster more inclusive attitudes.
By integrating protection and safeguarding into every sector, LADE ensures that vulnerable groups are not only protected from harm but also empowered to participate fully in community life.
